It’s 10pm and I’m hungry. My first blog post for Writing 101 is brought to you by the crazy lyrics and vocals of Sia playing right from my YouTube tab and straight to the weird beating thing in my chest. My current unemployment status will hopefully be devoured soon by a paycheck-giving fiend with enough HP to last me until I can make my next move in life (lmL*) while affording rent and bills.
Seriously, my throat is dry. I’m either really thirsty, nervous about posting random stuff for an entire community of bloggers to read and critique, tired from waiting on employers to get back to me, or a mix of all or some of the above. Being a “millennial” has been both a blessing and a curse. Yay for graduating college with no loans somehow. Nay for not being able to secure a job anyhow.
I’d love to try a mug of Butterbeer. Last night, I signed up to take online courses through Hogwarts is Here, and I think it’s pretty freakin’ neat. My first class I want to fully complete is Astronomy 101, and I’m loving the experience. This might be a way of distracting myself from feeling depressed, but it’s also a way to put my inner Potterhead to good use and gain back my studious mentality.
Maybe I should prepare some tea. d[_]
